I like Garret Wilson or Jameson Williams

 

I would draft them in the first, and hope to get a solid Free Agent WR...

 

There are some other players that I like in the first (mainly the 2 LB's  Dean and Lloyd)  then I would draft a WR in the 2nd ( maybe Bell, Pickens, or Ross) if they are available

Berry probably will not make any significant move beyond cutting Keenum.

Would love for him somehow to get another QB on the roster that could pressure and possibly replace Mayfield, and if he does that I will bow to him, but I do not see that happening.

Gonna definitely get some competition for Baker. 
 

Minshew, Mariota, or Ryan all make a lot of sense and won’t cost a ton. These guys are the most likely options to push Baker and maybe win the job. 
 

Wilson, Rodgers, and to a lesser extent Carr are probably not going to happen, but we can dream can’t we? 
 

I’d rule out any rookie QB this next year. The class kind of sucks and anybody after round 1 is a luxury we can’t afford to groom when the QB needs to be good right away.
