He has been the Director of Player Personnel for years before coming to be GM. 2021 Draft class could be the best all time but the issue is he hasnt shown anything long term for you all. He has been the one consistent person who has been in Ross ear for years now. He may not have had the title back then or hold as much weight when speaking back then but he was there involved. Ross is only doing harm by continuing to have him be there. Got to be frustrating for fans. Also any chance or idea of Watson being traded if cleared of his charges to Miami may be thrown out cause he wanted to play for flores and not some new guy.
