The Bears are interviewing ex-Panthers offensive coordinator Joe Brady today for a position on their staff, per sources.

This would be great as a succession plan incase Getsy is away after a season.

Now…was I guessing on the damn QB coach? Or…

Brady as a WR coach would be even better IMO...then bring in Andrew Janocko as QB coach then you have two guys who could be potential OCs down the line.

The thing I saw about Brady flat-out said he was interviewing for QB coach.

We'll see what the deal is.

I wouldn't mind him as a QB coach at all...just feel getting him in as a reciever coach allows you to get more quality coaches on staff.

The bolded is him denying "guessing" like so many have accused him of. Brady would be the QB coach if hired

He already said Janocko isn't on their radar

Hopefully with Williams in place we now start to see the position coaches coming in...

Williams is highly experienced in this scheme so should be a good hire...not overly worried about his time in Minny as they were just flat out bad at the time.

I will also say this about Chris Morgan as the #Bears O-line coach:

His lines and hog mollies have always been nasty. You’re not touching the QB without getting jumped.

GM Ryan Poles stated that as the biggest weakness for the Bears lately.
