The problem is, there's no timetable on the appeal process. There's a very real chance that it drags on beyond final cut down day, I would imagine. I mean even if it has been getting better (which it should), there are still A LOT of question marks there. This unit still looks to be a better run blocking OL than a pass blocking OL. Supposedly it was a fake quote that someone else wrote up and now he's just running with it? That's my understanding of the situation at any rate based on what was said in Gen.
