Yeah they're above average. 41 sacks on the year, good for 11th in the league. The Patriots sacked Carr 3 times, but they're 2nd in the league with 52 sacks. Either way, neither one of us has any idea what would've happened and is plain guessing.

Jacobs has been pretty outstanding this year.
Nightmare
Assuming that means he's heard from a source within the team that we'll franchise him, then. Ideally will do a longer deal, but worst case at least we can fall back on the franchise tag.
bucksavage1
With the right moves on defense + o-line, and when we settle in on a QB, there’s no reason why we can’t be AFC Title contenders next year. We are gonna need at least 8 new starters on defense and several depth guys. Adams/Waller/Jacobs/Renfrow are about as good as weapons as any team in the NFL. We scored 34 vs 49ers #1 ranked defense and with 2 trips inside the 1 that results in 3 points.

The hope we can add 1-2 difference makers on defense and solid depth. If we can get into the playoffs, anything is possible

big_palooka
He's arguably been the most consistent on the Oline this season. He's serviceable. You can't fix every hole in one offseason. Have to be comfortable with average in some areas. JE is that. Edited January 5 by big_palooka
