I think it's important to remember that he was basically a true freshman last season. I know that he was technically a RS freshman but he reclassified to redshirt at Ohio State to get that NIL check. He has every natural ability you’d want for a quarterback but his mechanics are horrendous. It’s hard to say how much of his struggles stemmed from the injury to his throwing shoulder vs Alabama. Danger Posted March 22, 2023 Author Share Posted March 22, 2023 Pretty safe to say Williams and Maye are 1 and 2. I haven't looked too deep yet but I have to feel like my early QB3 is Jordan Travis. Projecting him there now is banking on him being young and improving significantly (which may happen) and maturing. It will be interesting to watch this year.
