TheKillerNacho Posted January 9, 2023 Share Posted January 9, 2023 Too bad the league hosed Seattle twice this season for some reason First time was forcing them to play a game that started at like 6 AM at their local time in Germany. Second time just now by by the NFL putting a team that Seattle needs to win after they got eliminated. Obviously the Lions will still try to play spoiler, but no one can claim that their hope of postseason play being extinguished won't damage morale. I disagree. When you kick the ball away you are giving up possession, whether a punt or fg But, if a fg is short and lands inbounds it should be a live ball. Todays game was an absolute joke. Seattle had no business winning the game. I disagree heavily that a team should have multiple chances to kick a FG. Could you imagine a team down by 2.
