He has an above avg arm, he is a good runner and pretty athletic, He improved every year, he has good size for a QB, He is a top notch leader that improved his team to play with the top 4 or 5 in the country in the playoffs. I mean he does have some minor accuracy issues at times but he is very smart and knows how to do pre snap reads and get through his progressions pretty fast. he has been a winner every year he played. Generally though, yeah a bit better of a hit rate is needed (unless it's a repeat of Capers making all pros look like backup journeymen, though I'm not sure that's the case).
