He's saying "Great, we won, but this isn't anything to be proud of, and we won't keep winning like this." And yeah, it's not sustainable. We've played some of the league's worst and we're only barely better than any of them. Possibly worse, all told. If we played Denver, Pittsburgh, New England 6 times per year and beat Arizona, Chicago, Carolina, and Tennessee, there's a 10 win season. But what would it really say? Best of the worst? And that's the big issue we're in. We might not be as bad as Chicago or New England, but we're not a whole lot better. But winning just diminishes our ability to improve and get better. Random players got contracts breaking out vs Raiders.
