It's not our of the realm of possibility they would move on from a lack duck coach. Yeah I mean let’s be honest. If Kellen Moore has them #1-3 in offense and the offense is scoring 30ppg, Jalen looks amazing, and the team is exciting do we really think that ownership is choosing Nick over that guy? You do realize there are numerous CEO type HC in the NFL? Hell two of them were in the CCG today in Harbaugh/Campbell. Not every HC, is the play caller. If the Eagles have success in 2024, Sirianni gets no credit? Why did both of them above get credit this year when its clear their Coordinators were mostly responsible? So no I do not see Nick being fired after the 2024 season with any semblance of success on Offense. I could though see Moore leaving like Stiechen did, with success.
Nabbs4u
@ianlewis16 Well Wonder Boy is the new OC. Besides putting his posters back up on the wall.😎 What are your thoughts on the hire? Good to see ya by the way. 🥃
Nabbs4u
So is Smitty or AJ going to get the Cee Dee Lamb and or Keenan Allen role in this offense? Curious? Smitty? 🔥🔥 Are we actually going to throw to the middle of the field? Edited January 29 by Nabbs4u

babyatemydingo
I like the hiring. But, I think anyone could do better. It amazed me that the Eagles couldn't devise one play to defeat the blitz one time. Hurts was bad, but any QB would have terrible numbers throwing off his back foot on every other play.

I honestly see it potentially going either way. It would absolutely be unprecedented to fire a coach win 4 winning seasons in their 1st 4 years, but Laurie and Howie could absolutely come to the conclusion that the coordinators had more to do with that success than Nick. Not out of the realm of possibility that they do something else unprecedented like creating a new position for Nick rather than firing him so that way they can make it look like a promotion for Nick. Or it's not our of the realm of possibility they make more the highest paid assistant in the NFL and promise him a succession plan to take over as HC. Lamar sure did yesterday vs The Chiefs. That's for sure.

AZ_Eaglesfan
These hires seem great on paper. Obviously need to see more, but we are definitely building a very experienced staff. Much different look than last year.
EagleBlueDon
Yup, all really solid hires thus far. About as good as you can ask for on paper. Especially with Fangio having experience with these guys. They'll all know their roles already.
