NFL media acting like Diggs still in his prime. Not one 100 yard game after Giants game on October 15th.

7th in receptions

13th in yards

8th in TD

Despite the team making a concerted effort to go away from him with Joe Brady at OC.

And instantly went on a winning streak.

Loved Diggs when he came in, but as Vikings fans warned us… he wore us out. Good riddance.

Now that I look at bigger picture for them.  Trade makes more sense from Buffalo standpoint.  They signed Samuel.  They didn't lose much production last season when he went out.

He isn't happy there anymore.  He is expensive.  It is a deep WR draft.

And still couldn't get past the divisional round

I don’t think he’s washed. I don’t think he’s a top 10 receiver any more though, and at 30 years old to get a 2nd, and later picks in return for a guy that was clearly on the outs with the team, is pretty good.

Probably not but if you’re going to take on a big WR salary, would’ve just ponied up some more draft capital and got someone younger and potentially Not a pain in the rear.
