I feel AB and this crap makes the league look bad. Most of the issues here are between Brown and OAK. The NFL/league itself has not had much to do with this beyond the helmet. Even that, I think most were backing the NFL give the upgrades in equipment in light of the concussion and player safety angle. The one thing I will find interesting is if the NFLPA gets involved in this. Does this open the door for teams to take similar routes to rid themselves of contracts due to player conduct? Mazrimiv
DAL going all in for 2109 is also something I could see.

AB to CLE on a 1 YR deal would be amazing. The talent is without much question when it comes to Brown. Seems like the cost might be really manageable given how the events in OAK played out. If a team can sign Brown for a relatively cheap/risk free contract, I am sure that there are a few teams that might take a chance, knowing that they could cut him if it went bad. Mazrimiv
I just want to see AB and OBJ on the same sideline in a game when things start going off the rails

Thats cool....I respect that but think the fear of (or frequency of) teams that actually implode is wayyyyyyy less than people are thinking. NE signs this guy? You wont hear a peep out of that organization. Dont even the sound of a firecracker.

Leader
If MM were still HC - the organization might (might.....) consider if more than they will given we've got a rookie HC now. Again - if NE were to sign him - between BB and Brady (?) it would be nothing but "On to (next weeks game)"
Green19
I mean AB for GB... he will have missed the first week so his contract won’t be guaranteed. But also GB doesn’t have the money he would be looking for.
Uffdaswede
If your real estate agent finds a buyer for your home at your price and you decline the offer you still owe the agent the 6%. I can’t believe sports agents don’t have the same kind of protection. Rosenpoop is out million$$$
Mazrimiv
For the record, I am not especially interested in bringing AB to GB. AB doesn't appear to be a guy pretending to have some mental issues. This looks like the real deal to me. This stuff is well beyond WR diva territory.
MacReady
Only thing that would make me more pissed off than us signing Brown would be the Patriots signing Brown.
