Edison (6-3, 312) joins the Vikings active roster after spending the first seven weeks of the season on the team’s practice squad. The Portland State alum entered the NFL in 2015 as an undrafted free agent with the Chicago Bears. This is probably the most logical conclusion if you feel there is no way he can return this year. I'd just hate to go into the playoffs with Keenum under center.
