Allen's base traits are a lot like Elways - tremendous cannon arm, slippery movement behind the line and athletic going up field on his legs. Cant see him passing on Allen if available, unless he still believes in Lynch which is still quite possible given injuries have hindered him more than anything.

The board fell pretty badly for the Raiders. Obviously this is a prime spot with Allen on the board for a massive trade down given the teams behind us, but my pick would be Vea.

Roquan Smith - LB - Georgia - going with BPA and Raiders need more ballers on Defense to keep it simple. This condition would suck for the Raiders as picks 6-9  would be more ideal...

Ve'a routinely destroys the LOS, and I highly value guys who have the quickness of an undertackle playing in an oversized nose tackle body. It's close though. Ro is a good player too. Idk, Ve'a just seems like the more disruptive player. Like he may cause some teams to scheme him, in the where, why, and how do we run at him department. I'm not sold that Ro will cause the exact same level of worry for opposing teams. But what do I know?
