If the franchise can maintain the levels (of cheating) established by the current incumbents, there’s no reason why their “success” shouldn’t continue. http://yourteamcheats.com/

I'd get rid of Garrett because Prescott has a chance to be something. Garrett's showed us what he can and can't do, and I'd move on from him. I'm not a huge Prescott fan myself though. Ben has said he would like to play another 3 or 4 years... That can change at any time with him, though. Tomlin is fine... But that's all he is. You could do better, and you could do worse. Sugashane
For Chicago it is Trubisky vs Nagy. I'll keep Trubisky. He has a ton of potential and I would then throw the HC gig to DeFilippo to still make sure Tru develops.
JDBrocks
Like the other folks have said, I’d keep Zimmer. We’ve already seen what he is capable of without a top shelf QB.
stl4life07
This is easy. I really do like Goff but it has to be McVay. The guy is obviously an offensive genius and a QB guru (look what he did for Cousins and Goff) but he has shown to be a leader of men.
Jimmy Austin
I'd keep Jameis over Koetter.

areksoo
As of right now, I would pick Belichick over Brady. Simply because he's the HC, DC, and GM. You have to replace 3 positions.
NJerseypaint
Guess for the Jets it depends who is starting for us. If it's Darnold - then I'm definitely sending Bowles packing. I'd probably do the same for Teddy.
