We locked into a 3.3% interest rate (5-1 ARM) and hope to refinance in the next 5 years to a 15 year mortgage. I just signed a new 3 year contract, so we should have a clearer picture of our personal finances in 2021/2022 anyway. Since I have a pension that I pay into and heavily investing into mutual funds has been put on pause for another 15 months, I personally don't care, especially since I never will/plan on dipping into my investments until I retire in almost 30 years anyway. @ramssuperbowl99 any other advice? Meanwhile missions portfolio up 25% in that time period
