pheltzbahr
For anyone voting no to reducing 1st round to 4 years, this is something that will eliminate any issues with 3Ups going forward. I get wanting to lock in a first rounder on the cheap for a 5th year for YOUR team, but is it worth it to eliminate the headache that arises on outlier situations for the ENTIRE league? This will make the 3Up rule IRONCLAD in application and basically on autopilot.
pheltzbahr
As an aside to the 4 yr vote, if we apply it for the 2020 draft rather than this year, does anyone truly object? I can't state any stronger how good this would be for the league.

Whicker
YES BUT ONLY FOR Rounds 1-4 / keep rounds 5+ to 3 year deals RFA for life And I agree about the 5th year option. AFAIK it'll still be an available option as long as you were fortunate enough to nab a 1st rounder IRL. I see no issues with the above proposal

I can frankly go either way on the 5th round. I dont think the rounds 2-4 should be touched. The 1st round is arguable. Nothing wrong with RFAs being available for 6th rounders. This is one of those issues if im being honest, im on the fence about. If there is gonna be a change, it should only be to the 5th rd
TedLavie
still lacking votes from @Jlash @PR @WFLukic @Hockey5djh @SwoleXmad and @Ragnarok If 9+ votes are one option 1 and 2 (basically 4yr deals for rounds 1 to 4 or 5), I will ask the people who voted elsewhere to re-vote on these two options
