Aside from seeing the legends this was a wasted show. They trying to build up the newly named The OC but yet they have them look soft against 7 old timers?? And they had chairs!!

Roman v Joe was new but why not have Joe destroy him and get disqualified or have them keep fighting in a double count out to further this fresh feud?

It's like every week the face has to go over

Reunion shows basically need to be set-aside shows.  They're feel-good shows where the faces are going to go over almost universally.  The fact that Bray got over on Foley with the Mandible Claw was an accomplishment in itself.  I'll reserve judgment on the Roman/Joe thing depending on if/where they go from here.  It's entirely within Joe's character for him to blindside Roman on a future RAW and (for lack of a better term) beat him within an inch of his life, like out and out ripping the vest off him and going on from there.

But ultimately, there's so much truth in the promos that Joe and Sami cut tonight (which weirdly enough were written for them... so someone's speaking truth to power), these reunion shows are straight up pandering, they do more harm than good, and fans should stop supporting them as much because all they do is serve to stunt storylines that might be in development for the sake of nostalgia and giving a paycheck to vets way past their prime for doing their shtick (or worse, for just showing up and waving like a trained monkey).

AEW makes its debut on TNT on October 2nd. The first show (which will most likely be named: "Wednesday Night Dynamite") will be held at the Captial One Arena in Washington, D.C.

NWA has split with ROH to be able to get a TV deal themselves now.

Hopefully ElRey wants another wrestling program to replace LU. Or Mark Cuban (since a wrestling fan himself) wants to grab them for the AXS Network.

Bray with his split personality is amazing. Getting the vibe from the movie Split. After he destroys Finn I wonder who's next??

Hopefully creative doesn't screw things up for Bray once again. Failing to properly utilize Bray has been easily one of the biggest mistakes by WWE in recent years, IMO. Yes, he's had some success... but there's been too many times where they made him look like a joke that has prevented him from living up to his potential.

He needs a push to the moon. He's literally the only interesting thing on their TV programming right now and it'd be so easy to kill his gimmick if he were to lose to somebody any time soon. They recreated this character and did a damn good job. If they try to make him a middling baddy he's going to fail again. Don't screw this up, WWE.

...in the most WWE thing ever, Balor's demon will come back and defeat Wyatt and he'll never have the same mystique again.

Balor is taking time off after SS. No way they have him beat Bray with his demon gimmick. Would be a total waste of the past 6 months. But hey, leave it to WWE.

Didn’t know he was taking time off. You’re right—Bray will go over in that case. 100%.
