I think? You’re missing out. Totally different genre than Watchmen / typical hero fare. Miss it at your loss. It didn't quite finish as strong as I would have hoped at the start of the show, but it still set itself up very nicely for a season 2. Not sure if it's a budget issue or what, but second half of the show seemed to really be lacking in some of the crazy action that made the first half so much fun. Looking forward to seeing how they resolve a lot of the issues presented in the last episode, specifically in regards to Billy and the new "super villains". I saw the fact that HL's baby survived, it just seemed that Madelyn was clearly hiding something, so that would have been the most obvious twist. But I didn't see that Billy's wife was still alive, and I thought for sure that it was Madelyn, not Billy, that orchestrated the creation of the Evil supes. It didn't seem like Homelander had the ability to orchestrate the creation of the evil Supes, that was definitely billed like more of an Evil-corp type initiative. Also hopefully they include many others heroes from the comics, G-men, Teenage Kix, Tex Knight, Stromfront the possibilities are endless.
