Blow to the head only matters in the context of personal fouls (roughing the passer, hitting a defenseless receiver, etc.) DPI doesn't care what body part is interfered with. Past two games @NYJ and @KC he looks like one of the worst QB’s in the league. He is one of the worst cold weather QBs I have ever seen and also one of the worst QBs against one specific team I have ever seen.
