It's inside of 5 yards, which for teams that aren't "favorites" only gets called about half the time, especially when a TE is part of the equation. I get that it's not cheating but it's in the same spirit as cheating when people try to game the system; which is why I don't like it. Mahomes does a lot of this, and it's technically legal, albeit (I'd argue) underhanded, considering the protections the rules afford him as a QB.
