Though I will say that I was in france and Germany a while back, and they did have their restrooms clean enough to where I definitely would have felt comfortable doing that there. Like "stopping in the middle of the street, leaning against a random wall covered in cold sweat to hold the poop in" horrible. Then one day I freed my mind like Neo and decided to start pooping anywhere unless it looked really horrible, and man has my life changed. So Kudos to Europe for that. I was in Chisinau Moldova, visiting a school for a work-related assignment. I had to poop and all they had was a hole in the floor of the bathroom. Of course no TP.
