pf9 Posted September 25, 2020 Share Posted September 25, 2020 The three rivalry pods (California, Northwest, Mountain) need to have their round-robin schedules protected in the temporary schedule format. The rest of each team's schedule should be determined by how good they did the previous year (not just conference, but overall), which the Big Ten not doing is going to hurt their CFP chances. Are you actually trying to improve the product, through your changes, or just wanting to change things for the sake of change? Spice things up, so to speak. The idea of using the second Saturday of December for makeup games stems from my desire that every regular season game scheduled for a given year gets played somehow.
