What does accuracy mean here?

Looks to be just raw completion %, but not actually?

Here is the raw completion % table for 2019:

Notice which player is missing from this table. It seems evident why that poster posted that table - to make Marcus Mariota look better. In reality he's 25th in completion %.

His adjusted completion % is 71.3%, which is 13th in the NFL, not 4th. https://www.playerprofiler.com/nfl/marcus-mariota/

Reading the thread, it may be a stat the OP made up.

That's what I'm thinking as well. It's not adjusted completion percentage. It's not raw completion percentage. It's certainly not "deep throws-adjusted" completion percentage (because Joe Flacco throws deep more than almost anyone but his completion percentage on deep throws is GARRRRBAGE this year), so that really only leaves us with "Marcus Mariota-adjusted completion percentage".

I didn't fact check this so forgive me if this is wrong, but I think the Jets have more defensive TDs than offensive TDs through five games? If so, that has to be an NFL first??

They have 3 defensive TD's and 2 offensive TD's (1 passing 1 rushing), so you would be correct.

wtf does that even mean?

It's Cian Fahey. Pay him no mind. Dude is a moron. His preseason QB rankings last year had Tyrod Taylor above Russell Wilson. The man has a reputation for making really bad takes on Twitter, blocking anyone who disagrees or questions him, and then deleting the tweet a couple months later when it ages terribly.
