We can't trade Uncle Fester, but I would think a meeting among all defensive coaches headed by Frenchy should bring about some changes in approach. Frenchy may not know defense enough to force changes, but there are other D-coaches on the team who do. An open air freedom of speech meeting needs to be had, and better already have happened. Fester must know his time may be short and he must be open to suggestion. Got to look to struggling teams. The Bengals stand out. The big bust WR John Ross worth a look if he can be had on the cheap? I'm more inclined to ask about Carlos Dunlap and Geno Atkins. You can accomplish all that with one dime. I don't know if our cap situation would allow for one of the one time stud D-lineman though. But his departure does bring up a point and I'm too lazy to check it out, but it seems after Greene left the defense became more of a bend/don't break defense.
