It's the law of large numbers. You are going to lose most hands. The secret is to minimize those losses so that when you getthe right hand you can go ahead by betting big. Losing is still losing. Winning 200 dollars later is great, but you still only have a profit of 125 instead of 150. Let me know when Pace wins the 200 hand... 3 minutes ago, JAF-N72EX said: Who are the 17 GMs that have been better at drafting? Who are the ones who are worse? The Bears don't match up talent-wise with pretty much any playoff team. Sans the QB tell me how? It's easy to make that statement it's another thing to back it up. Because the team is undeniably mediocre, struggled to an 8-8 record, and doesn't have a single player at the top of his position.

GBHalas
I think you can add Amos and Floyd to that list... just not with the Bears

Everyone knows the Pro Bowl is a joke.

Pace has probably drafted 1 guy who you can say is or was elite at his position.
topwop1
Unless this team goes on to play in the Super Bowl then I am totally fine with getting rid of Pace. He's had more than enough time to turn this thing around and he missed on the most important decision. I do not see what good can come by allowing Pace to return for another year if they are already on the fence about whether or not he should stay.
