Deadpulse
Not quite Tunsil money but really really close 2nd highest paid OL in the league now if I am not mistaken.
wackywabbit
Surprised he took under 20 per new money, given Tunsil was at 22. He probably could have gotten more. My theory that they would tag and trade him proved false, although perhaps they brought it up as a possibility in negotiations.

I have also seen 112 mil thrown around, which would put him over Tunsil. I think I believe Schefty though
Kiwibrown
How good is he? Is he HOF good?

Yeah but Tunsil money had BOB-inflation built in, it was $18 million actual market value and then overpayment.

JonStark
One of my favorite non-rams in the league. Well deserved!

Not enough to usually miss games, but soft tissue issues that keep him from dominating on occasions. I’d say he’s probably on a similar caliber of play as a D’Brickashaw Ferguson, maybe a pinch better. But still probably just a notch below HOF quality. He has the ability but I don’t think his durability will hold up long enough to get him there.

Doesn't miss a lot of time, but plays a couple games at less than 100%. He's definitely in the conversation for best LT in the league the last couple years. But, there also isn't hasn't been an amazing surefire HoF LT recently. Edited October 30, 2020 by wackywabbit

Tunsil doesn't show much wear with injury, but isn't as good in the run game. Both are elite pass protectors.

berlin calling
well deserved. there is not much tackle talent in the NFL right now so i feel good keeping one of the best for his prime.
MWil23
I despise Notre Dame, but give credit to where it’s due...they absolutely know how to develop Pro Ready/Fantastic OL.
