In year 7, he's still failing to show the consistency of a franchise QB. Maintaining what I've believed in him. He can win you games, but you won't go far December on with him. Yes but Barely less than a Field goal. Basically odds makers giving us a 55% chance to win. There is no logical reason to bring Carr back again. 7 years in the NFL as a starter with one playoff game is ridiculously longest leash in NFL history.
