SBLIII
Mac should be top 20. He is actually good for being a rookie. Not Herbert but impressive for a rookie.

One guy has 13 TD to 2 INT, a 7.4 y/a and 1769 yards through 6 games (Cousins) and the other has 7 TD to 6 INT, a 7.0 y/a and 1472 yards through 7 games (Jones). How can Mac Jones be better QB than Cousins? Just curious

The guy is probably a top 10 QB in my opinion.

I'd probably put him around that 18-20 mark right now, but the sample is fairly limited so it's definitely subject to some variance.

He got owned by the Bills, but they may have the best pass defense in the NFL. I doubt he'll ever be a top-5 QB. His arm just isnt strong enough, but he does get the ball out quickly. Just needs to cut down on mistakes, which isn't a huge concern yet given how early he is into his career. Interesting to see Burrow ahead of Herbert. Belichick did a number to his stats. Not uncommon at all for BB to dominate a young QB. Edit: Just realized these rankings were before last week's game. And I can kinda see where they’re coming from as for a decent portion of his career he’s been just another middle of the road QB. You’d have to be blind or are just being deliberately contrarian to have him outside the top 10 based on his play this year, though.
