After some horrendous play from the Fins, it was time to roll head(s). Who's next?

We drafted him in the 6th round in 2016. Not going to miss him, I was actually thinking they'd cut him in training camp before they restructured his deal

He's so fast he could possible score a return TD and he's done that multiple times. But he often misjudges the ball flight ending up with Fins pinned inside the 10-yd line. Or he muffs the catch.
Tetsujin
Decent return specialist but his best days are probably behind him.

Ty21
5’6 160 is a little small for a left tackle but I guess it can’t be much worse than what we got.

Yeah, there's no such thing as a normal play. He'll never calmly settle underneath a punt and run straight ahead 5 yards. It's always wondering if he'll judge it properly in the first place, followed by all the retreating and weaving. It works big several times per season. Maybe the Bears covet that and think they can coach Grant to reduce the disasters. I won't be surprised at huge returns down the sideline. That's always where he goes. Never down the middle. Regardless, it was definitely time for Grant to leave the Dolphins. There are lots of symbols of fan base frustration on the team right now, like Austin Jackson and Noah Igbinoghene. Grant was the only symbol who could be moved without it being considered a stain against the franchise and scouting department. Grant can also be used as receiver. Only problem is his catch radius is a joke, even worse than suggested by his frame.
Wyld Stallyns
Muffing that punt against the Colts was his death knell
