Reminder, Stanford hasn't won since defeating Oregon. They are 3-7 and down by 11 at half to 3-6 Cal.

HOW THE **** DOES THAT NOT WEIGH HEAVIER THAN A SEPTEMBER WIN?

Cincinnati 100% deserves to be ahead of them. They are undefeated, beat Notre Dame, and Notre Dame is 10-1.

Oregon caught OSU at the right time too. Reminded me of when Va Tech beat us in 2014.

welcome to college football. every game counts. september or november, they all count as part of the resume.

it'll all take care of itself. oregon could very well go down tonight. but should they finish with 1 loss and a pac-12 championship, they will and should get in.

Solid showing by Oregon in a big game lol

can't finish. driving pretty well, but can't finish drives. blocked fg. allowed a td run on 3rd and 9. got a stop on 3rd down, but jumped offsides. allowed another first down run on 3rd and 5.

a lot of football to be played, but this team lacks the offensive firepower to come back from a big deficit. they need points here. getting the ball to start the 2nd half helps.

And this is where you're missing the context. A September win is nowhere near as big as a November win. Why do you think the SEC schedules FCS opponents this late?

These aren't the same teams. If y'all played today, you lose by 20 or more.

and that's exactly why the committee is "rewarding" oregon for its win against ohio state, even if it was in september. this is good for college football. scheduling cupcakes is weak. why would you want to see that?

And, again, how do you weigh your TERRIBLE loss against that? Stanford is Kansas levels of bad. Appeal to me why you should be ahead of an undefeated Cincinnati that beat a 10-1 Notre Dame?
