Some positions are loaded and deserving players get left out while others are so thin it’s ridiculous to say they belong there more than stalwarts like Simmons & Humphrey (ILB is that spot in the AFC Perryman has recovered to be an asset again but IMO he’s nowhere on Simmons / Humphrey level of play). And that’s before we get opt outs and even iffier choices made at weak positions. Another reason why Pro Bowls are so misleading as a marker for level of play.
