Two points on Jalen Hurts offseason.

First, he has been working out with AJ Brown.

Second, he went to the master to learn from Tom House about getting better at throwing mechanics and accuracy.

It does not mean he's going to be Dan Marino this year but he's clearly putting in the work.

If Hurts becomes a middle of the pack type of passer, he's going to be dangerous.

Honestly, big props to Philadelphia for seeing his potential and (for now) focusing on building around him instead of jumping the gun on a QB in a highly suspect class.

And if he fails they have Minshew now and a pair of 1st round picks next year.

The Eagles are releasing restricted free agent G Nate Herbig. (per 94 WIP)

He had 17 starts as a guard in 3 years. He's just a guy so far. Maybe he's a 3rd guard for someone else or an injury replacement.

Mike Hilton drops the “we were not a fluke” card. He’s right. They were a pretty good 10-7 team.

Thr fluke was the rest of the division having the 23rd, 24th, and 27th rated QBs last year.

Good luck repeating that.
