The first incident occurred during the seventh minute of play. The matter was referred to the rugby league judiciary on 28 March. Why would Fuller sign now if he wants to play with Deshaun?  We don’t know when Deshaun is playing yet. It makes logical sense for Fuller to wait until a final decision is made. Why wouldn't he want to be here practicing and playing preseason games with him? He probably wants a salary more than what Landry got and there probably aren't any takers.
