Your favorite draft fits for 2022

Which players are perfect fits, in your mind, for certain teams? Whether that be because of a need and draft position matching perfectly, a player going to a great situation with good mentors, scheme fit, or anything else.

Kenny Pickett to the Steelers for me is too perfect, probably so much so that it won't happen. He played there in college, the Steelers need a QB, he's a tough kid that fits the personality of a classic Steelers team, and he's the most ready of all the QBs in this year's draft who would go to an already talented team that made the playoffs last year.

I'll do the Titans, because it's the only one I really know well enough.

OG: Zion Johnson.  Popular in mocks for a reason.  Titans like OLs that run block well and come with versatility and that they know well.  Johnson played with Vrabel's son, and they've been connected to him for a while.  He also played in the Senior Bowl, and is a converted OT.  It's everything the team wants at the position.

WR: Chris Olave.  Olave has the speed to bring a vertical threat that the Titans offense has been missing.  He's also the picture perfect WR2, and complements AJ Brown (big bodied YAC receiver) well.  He'd complete the offense.

TE: Charlie Kolar.  Titans like TEs that can block.  A little too much if you ask me, but Kolar brings that and pushes guys around to make catches too.  For their all around, every down TE, he's what they look for.

QB: Desmond Ridder.  Ridder does so many of the things Tannehill does already that it's almost like he's already on the Titans.  Add in the Day/Vrabel connection, and the fact that Ridder isn't really polished enough to start yet, and needs a season or two under an experienced vet, and it's a perfect fit.

I actually like Malik Willis to the Steelers more.

I would vomit if they took Pickett in the 1st.  Cole Kelly is a better fit for the Steelers than Picket.  Kelly is a Big Ben clone.

Cameron Thomas is a good fit for what they look for on the Dline at DE

Chris Olave is a good fit for what they like in a WR.  Pickens is another one that could fit in a different role.

For the Falcons:

George Pickens, Christian Watson and Alec Pierce at WR

EDGE any of the top 4 guys (Thibs, Hutch, Walker, Jermaine Johnson) are great fits, but also later round guys like Nik Bonitto and Myjai Sanders are exactly what the DC here loves.

DET - Penning + Dan is too perfect, even though he's projected to go between their first 2 picks and I'm not sure if DET even needs an OT.
JAX - Linderbaum at the beginning of round 2. I don't know how good the current Jags C is, but I bet Doug wouldn't mind "The next Jason Kelce".
ATL - Malik Willis. Chocolate Mini-Josh Allen goes to the guy credited with developing Josh Allen.
SEA - Tariq Woolen. Your typical SEA CB, but this one is even faster than usual.
PHI - Matt Corral. Punched Gretzky's kid. How Philly does that sound, even though he's from Ventura, Cali?
NO - Ikem Ekwonu. I don't think NO has any chance to get him, but Ikem = Terron Armstead.
GB - Jahan Dotson. Just think Rogers to Dotson would work out well for both parties.
NE - Alec Pierce. You already know.
PIT - Pickett. They need a QB and he's used to winning in their stadium.
DET - Sean Rhyan. Just another nasty dude who will bite knees and eat a quadriceps, etc.
