Fair point, but week in and week out now you still have to follow college football. One loss by Ohio State and the season might be over. Every week is important. 12 team playoff? They were saying the same thing about MLB and the NFL when they expanded the playoffs. Regular season still matters. Teams will still be battling for that bye. You still have to win games and look good doing so.
