I feel like they panic. Most head scratching move I can remember in awhile. Its crazy that no defensive players have been drafted. Bowers was the steal of the draft going outside the top 10. Is it possible Cousins is having some problems with his rehab? Maybe things aren't healing up as fast as they expected. Penix might not be a bad insurance policy if that's the case.
