These two guys are only above average at their craft. The up side is Pettine has made a career out of getting those type of guys double digit sacks. For sure. It still wouldn't stop me from grabbing edge at 12, but it's much less pressing now

With incentives it can be worth $77.5M. He gets $33M in guarantees. And back home. Preston Smith: 4 years, $52M ($16M guaranteed) - 6 sacks/year, 7.5 TFL/year Za'Darius Smith: 4 years, $66M ($20M guaranteed) - 6 sacks/year, 6.5 TFL/year Anthony Barr: 5 years, $67.5M ($33M gauranteed) - 2 sacks/year, 8.5 TFL/year Keep doing stupid ish Vikings.

Out of him, Matthews and Cobb, I'd chose him to be back on a 1 year deal.

The Vikes haven't used Barr as a pass rusher a whole lot, though (which was his position in college), not sure these signings are comparable. Packer_ESP
From Reddit: Quote Green Bay's four main edge rushers, Clay, Perry, Fackrell and Gilbert created 87 QB pressures last season. The two Smiths they just signed had 114 between the two of them.

That's kinda my point. The Vikings just paid more for an OBLB than we did for our pass rushers, and pass rushers are more valuable than OBLB.
