He cut the fat on old players, Will likely move on from a bunch more players this off season, helped fire MM, and is bringing in an outside assistant GM. At least not until ted was going thru the medical issues and let Ball call the shots. We are getting the guy from Baltimore to be assistant GM ( maybe we start draft amazing front seven guys). If they add Reggie back... the personnel department is as strong as ever. The reset was removing Ted from power in that department. We needed it in the coaching, we got it this year. I’ve been reporting here for weeks now that Dolphin players and fans think Gase is an arrogant pr!ck and couldn’t wait or him to leave. I’ve never understood the fascination with the guy.
