Actually it wasn't PI, it was illegal contact, and having only PI as reviewable was always stupid for this reason. DB hit the WR before the ball was released, so no PI. Technically the correct call, although Periera had it right IMO by saying it should have been called since they can't call the illegal contact foul. They actually did reverse the call and make it PI though Periera was right it should have been illegal contact because the ball wasn't actually out of Cam's hands.
