Its all theatrics. to think they are now locked into this promise is foolish, im pretty sure she realizes that as well. Additionally, you have healthcare professionals on the news saying not every person needs to be tested, even if youre have some symptoms like a cough or something, they wouldnt jump right to corona virus and would rule out other things beforehand. Like what happens if someone actually believes that blindly, goes to get tested and then owes $1300. What are they supposed to do, say the man on the tv said it was free? DOes the director of the cdc have better things to do with his time right now then answer needless questions that the asker already knows the answer to?
