Would be awesome, source?

This guy Matt Brown covers that type of stuff.

And he basically says "If you're worried about teambuilder being in the game, I wouldn't worry, take that how you will."

Not a good sign for him if he thinks being in a college football game will be too distracting.

He probably wanted a paycheck commensurate to that of his last name and EA laughed at the nepo baby backup QB so he decided to pout and opt out.

It's a can of worms they can't afford to open, the second they negotiate with a specific player they're paying way way more to many guys.

Exactly.

And look at it from their side... most people are going to opt-in. The hype and anticipation behind this is insane. How many people aren't going to buy this because Arch Manning isn't in it? You probably don't run into issues unless a WHOLE team opted out to be honest. And even then....

Do you think this will hurt Madden sales this year?

Absolutely - Madden will still have it's hardcore fanbase buy the game but the majority of casual Madden players have either already stopped buying it or at the point where they're going to stop buying it.

Hopefully NCCA excels and it will be a big wakeup call to the Madden franchise that they have to do something to improve the garbage product they've given us the past however many years.

Haven't bought an EA Sports title since NCAA 14, haven't bought Madden since Madden 09.

I'll be picking up This game though.
