Even with everything else going on, his effort against JC Jackson in 1 on 1 coverage last week was just awful. tyler735 Posted November 22, 2020 Share Posted November 22, 2020 (edited) Won't be surprised to see the Saints have some success with Taysom at QB in the short term. He's obviously a really mobile QB and NFL teams have pretty much no film on him. Could see him having some early Tim Tebow type success. Probably won't be pretty but will do just enough to get the job done while defenses adjust to him. Still think Winston is the better long term option between the 2 of them. Sounds like when Hill signed his contract with the Saints, Payton promised Hill if Brees was to miss time, he would get a chance to play at QB for the Saints.
