Denvers special teams gave Brady the ball in the red zone twice plus allowed a kickoff return for a TD. Honestly though, it seems like the defensive players have given up on the season given how imept their offense was with Trevor Siemian.
{Family Ghost}
Well, I guess Capers had the right scheme yesterday .. stack the box and make Trubitchky beat you. Kudos to him for realizing that the Bears have some serious training wheels on their rookie QB. Now on the other side of the coin the Bears coaches might have sealed their fate yesterday by waiting all day to go after one of the worst secondaries in football. Talk about giving their team no chance to win .. that was Fox & Coaches yesterday instead of McCarthy.

Yeah, Dom deserves credit for his mastery over the Bears both yesterday (holding them to their season average of 16 points a game) and throughout his time in Green Bay. Cunningham/Fox sure did help, though. Anyway, the Packers are now up to 17th in the NFL in opponent's points per game average (at 21.6 per game) with an upcoming game with another bottom half of the league offense coming to Green Bay on Sunday. MacReady
Our defense wasn't good yesterday, it was rookie QB good. Trubisky had literally a career game against us. He's averaged 128 yards per game other than yesterday. He threw for 133 more yards than his previous career high in yardage. He threw his average yardage more than his highest yardage game yesterday. Our defense was bailed out of 7 points by a bad challenge. But shh, don't tell our defense. If they think they're getting better, they might get better. I'm one hundred percent serious about this paragraph. If a defense thinks they're good, they play better. We might have hit the Bears/Ravens games at a perfect time heading into that Steelers game. Its almost as if Capers was daring Mitch to beat them. And he decidedly did not. Totally agree with the second paragraph

They have a decent defense and a nice running game which means Wisconsin can beat you playing one style of football and that's it. It won't hold up against the great teams in a playoff game. Hell, all you have to do is wait until Wisconsin plays in the Big Ten championship. They will be blown out like they have always been before getting a close but decent win in a bowl game against a mid-tier team like Washington State. If they win a college football playoff game I will delete my account. Well, considering the schedules are made out years in advance- what are you going to do? BYU on the road? People weren't giving them extra credit last year when they were playing top ten teams. Plus, the schedule is judged by an arbitrary ranking of teams by guys who don't play the game. If a Big Ten team loses to an unranked Big ten team on the road they are ridiculed. If that same **** happens in the Big 12 or SEC there are all kinds of apologist making excuses. Iowa State wasn't ranked when they scored their upsets, but now it's a feather in Oklahoma's hat? Gimme a break. Wisconsin is still winning even with their ILBs and WRs corps being decimated with injury. The win vs Iowa was impressive. Hardly an embarrassment, but you revel in hyberbole.
