agarcia34
Raiders bite the bullet this year to be in a better cap situation next year. Sometimes making business decisions suck. Edited March 16, 2021 by agarcia34

MrOaktown_56
So are we keeping Gabe and resigning Incognito? Wouldn't be as bad (still bad). I'm assuming James is starting at center.

But a different approach is not always a bad thing Eating a huge dead cap hit to start a guy who hasn't played and is replacing an All-Pro is a bad thing. Right now sure but right now we’re not playing games. If James turns out to be as good as they think and they’re paying him pennies. Then it will be a good thing. reddevil
What a strange thing to do. Sometimes there are aspects to running an organisation that transcend money. As well as his all-pro play, leadership and symmetry with Carr, there is also the issue of how this will be perceived by players. And not just our players, but other players we may wish to sign. Just a terrible look all round.

ronjon1990
@NYRaiderso...about that whole OL debate...I'm ready to call it the new Three-Fifths Compromise. Go figure, both led to crappy defenses by it's proponents.

I certainly did not think Hudson was the one holding this team back, but lets see how this plays out
