Especially when we all loved Stefanski's scheme just a year ago. Doubt his system just went to **** that quickly. Couldn't possibly be that injuries and our limited receivers have just made it hard to execute on offense.

Playing devils advocate here….

We all get on baker saying, he is only good when every thing around him is perfectly working. When he has all his health, his weapons, healthy RBs and Health OL. Couldn’t we say the same thing with Stef and his scheme. Couldn’t we say the same for Stef’s scheme? Don’t really see adaptions or changes to take into considerations for the current personnel he has…

Last year he did the entire year down the stretch with essentially the exact same personnel that he has this year, all while battling COVID issues and injuries.

Well, against the Jets with all receivers missing and I think a couple OL we dropped back to pass 60 times and ran 15. We weren't running effectively but the play calling lacked. The week before Baker was on fire and we scored 20 against the Giants. The run game was bad that game also. Fortunately our run game got back on track against the Steelers in the finale. It seems if teams load up to stop the run early and are effective they can relax and play the pass the rest of the game. Stef needs to recommit to the run game more throughout games.

Bottom 5 OL vs a top 5 OL probably makes a wee bit of difference....

If healthy we have a top5 OL but the browns OL hasn’t been fully healthy since what, 3Q vs KC. Wills has had his issues with his Ankle and now Conk is done for the year. Also shouldn’t Ryan look at least better the weapons he has around him and playing in ideal conditions. Dude hasn’t looked all that great at all. Every QB on that list had looked pretty bad this year..:so what does that say about those numbers?

To win a super bowl you need either:

1. A HOF QB

2. A legendary defense

I don’t think Baker in his absolute prime is HOF caliber. He will never be Drew Brees. Not a lot of guys will be.

So my solution to make everybody happy: Keep Baker + build an all time great defense.
