Regardless, dumb af. Yeah, the show butchered Barristan the Badass. I recall his chapters in A Dance with Dragons as some of the best of that book, and the show barely scratched the surface of it. Hopefully there's only one more Chuck episode of a funeral or permanent hospitalization.
