Defender went to tackle low on 3rd and 11 dump off pass that went for -1 yards. His head was literally at knee level, the WR braced for tackle and went just as low and hit helmets and they called 15yrd against CIN and the Jets ran the clock out after the penalty. As a Steeler fan, sure it has some benefit to us for the Bengals to lose here, having said that, it should've been called on the offense not on Mike Hilton. Never mind the fact Hilton went low on the player to make the tackle, never mind the fact he actually led with his shoulder, the receiver (Johnson) lowered his head into Hilton.
