Jeezla
On a 1-100 scale, factoring in he's a rookie HC, I give him an 88.

RandyMossIsBoss
This a fun ride given our expectations coming into season, and where we were at midseason… but let’s not get carried away. This 4-1 stretch where our defense has looked good has been against Bridgewater, Siemian, Daniel Jones, Zach Wilson and Gilbert… I don’t doubt that our run game is the real deal but it wouldn’t be able to keep pace with opponents early in the year when our D was getting shredded (and not coincidentally the opponents then were playoff teams like Bucs, Chiefs, Cowboys, Chargers). Maybe it got better since then, we’ll find out week 18.
AZ_Eaglesfan
If we can go 2-1 over the next three games we have a really good shot at making the playoffs. Vikings play the Rams and Packers next two weeks it is extremely possible they lose both of those games. Niners still have the Rams and Titans, but they play the Texans and are already 8-6. Would likely need to win all three games to pass them. We aren't technically win and in, but we are in a good spot.

Emotions and all.  But it was like watching a kid play Madden early in the year. We’re a running team that ran the ball literally 4 times or something that one game. That was rock bottom it seemed. Im happy he sort of figured it out.  But still frightened he didn’t know what he had already. And how long it took to correct. Im still a little weary with him but can’t complain all things considered. If he sneaks into the playoffs, we’re talking A+ no doubt.

Jeezla
At the very least, this team definitely looks better than Doug left it. And although our redzone play-calling is still sketchy as hell when it's not a 1 yard Hurts QB sneak, it's been nice to see Nick grow as coach/schemer/coordinator. Like a seed that has been nurtured into a flower, a budding flower. What kind of flower? How beautiful will the petals be? Will they wilt when the playoff winds blow through? Can this flower overcome bad QB soil and little light at WR? So far I like how he has navigated a below average NFL starting QB into leading a rushing offense that routinely goes for over 200 yards, no matter who the other team is. Now we just need to figure out how to nail down the defense and passing game against good teams, and cut down on cheddar bob penalties. Pretty high for what he's done with what I think is a bottom third of the league roster talent wise.
Jeezla
These approval rating are vastly improved from what they would have been after week 4. I also know most of you would fail him if he lost the game this week and completely ignored the other games.

Just a shame that Lawrence got stuck there. The Jags really need a good culture in their new regime though.
AZ_Eaglesfan
One last point: I know we Hate Howie here, but what he has done with aquiring OL talent on this roster can not be understated. We have the deepest OL in the league and it isn't close, and even when playing with backups at both Guard spots we have arguably a top 5 OL. A lot of other teams would kill for what we have at OL.
Jeezla
Doug belongs in Florida. He looks like he owns a pontoon boat and listens to CCR all day. And he's also constantly playing golf and shooting in the high 80's before leaving in the last model year corvette.
