Hahaha I actually wasn't being sarcastic even though it sounds like that. Just a bit out of the loop lately so I'm genuinely wondering what would be a realistic offer for Love.

QB market is always insane. Let’s not forget that enough QB’s made it work on a new team. Steve Young, Rich Gannon, Fitzmagick (like 40 times) that it is a viable option. SkippyX
Packers QBs to really suck in their first 2 years of limited play time. Love 68.9 Hundley 67.9 Tolzien 67.1 Flynn 37.4 Rodgers 43.

Two firsts, two seconds and a couple throw-in players.
Broncofan
ARod’s cap number got reduced with the voidable year extension method. Expect more of the same with other guys and eventually Adams. Pack cap hell pushed to 2025-26 but then ARod will be retired.

I can't say I wouldn't have done the same, tbh.

sparky151
Unless they can get Rodgers to repay the signing bonus for years he doesn't play, they will be in pretty bad cap shape. Even if the cap is 275 mil in 4 years, that would be painful.
SkippyX
I'm not 100% sure the Rodgers contract is legal. They are using voidable years as pretend fake years with actual base salary. I'm not saying its a rules violation, only that I don't often see this. If its a valid contract then they out-Sainted the Saints. Its incredibly weird with back loaded bonus money. SkippyX
I have seen contracts where year 3 of a 3 year contract can be voided if incentives are reached or that automatically void (I think Foles had this in Philly) I've never seen a contract where 2 of 4 years are set up to be voided.
